IMB IT operates a total of 4 data centre rooms which consitute the backbone of all IMB IT systems. 

Our rack zones vary greatly to accomodate the plethora of machines required for our research and we can handle racks scaling from 2-3Kw up to 30-40Kw.

All racks are supplied with Essential and Non-Essential (UPS) circuits enabling an approximate emergency uptime of ~60 mins @ peak load with the generator as secondary backup supply.
